I take a more proactive approach to our mental health, believing that if we practice consistently, and not just when we are struggling, we can experience greater well-being. That's why I created this app, a tool that can be used with consistent action over time so we can begin to face our challenges and learn to cope with them, and in turn, live a more fulfilling life.
When we base our goals on our values, and work towards them one step at a time, we will experience greater well-being in the process. This app breaks things down into small segments that help foster sustainable change. Using the app, we can gain self confidence, build resilience, and increase learning by practicing the tools and skills needed to get to where we want to be.
Having worked in several different industries in my life, I have always had a counseling type role in whatever it was I did. I love this role, and so with that experience, I chose to become a therapist because I love working with people and helping them to better their lives in the ways that are important to them.
